 Discuss and finalize budget at meeting, keeping in mind section service fees and possible extra costs related to newly proposed Board Cycle.

• Board Cycle

(ACTION SOUGHT) We are proposing moving elections to May, leading to an October board retreat (moved up from January). The retreat would include newly elected and current/outgoing board members.  Then, at the fall annual meeting, the board could present events and initiatives for coming year. (Education events, special projects, etc.) 

• Partnering With Parents – Come to meeting with group of three people who can head the initiative.
